Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

Cold day here in the forest. And by cold I mean dress in layers, drink warm liquids, keep the fire burning all day COLD! It's warmer than Truckee, which flirted briefly with ZERO degrees this morning, but it's still chilly...

An early game for us today, which always throws my evenings totally off. The only good thing about an early Friday game is I can still actually go out to dinner after the game and, even with the one hour drive to the restaurant, still eat at a fairly reasonable hour and get home before too late.

Got more kindling to split, so I'll be back before the game. It's back on Comcast, with House Party Live at 3:30 and the game at 4.

Just a reminder that everything here at Kingsfans.com is possible because of the dedication and generosity of our board owner. If you would like to help defray some of the costs of keeping Kingsfans.com up and running as the #1 Sacramento Kings Online Community, please consider becoming a Contributing Member. There's no obligation, of course, but you do get little perks like a larger avatar, custom user title and first refusal at things like KF events.

Got some coffee to brew so I'll be back before the game with the lineups.

GO KINGS!!!

Yup, icy weather, alright

I hear ya. I have an "ice-skating" rink at my place that is a big-o pond liner that has been filled with rainwater/hosewater to a depth of two inches; it's hidden amongst a grove of cedar/fir trees, so the "pond" gets zero sun, thus it stays frozen with cold weather like this. It's so fun to skate on.

I tried to dribble a basketball on it while skating...the dribbling was as bad as Mikki's dribbling.:o

Wimpy Californians!!!!! :)

Guilty...:D
I know people in Calgary and places north of there.

It's not like living in Minnesota. My son-in-law is from Alaska.

What may be impossible to understand is that a person adjusts to the temperature. I have repaired metal devices for my dad without gloves in 10 below zero weather and it didn't bother me. Now that I am acclimated to California, I'd be whining at the top of my voice. :)

Let's not get confused and think I want to live in Minnesota again.

Artest tries to pass among three Sixers to get the ball to Moore, but it's knocked away before Moore even sees it. Garcia body-checks Miller in a great hockey move... and Miller is back to the line.
