actually...we have never heard for defence...(big majority of team)...and sixers made an excellent end of a half...man...do we really need to be embarrasing and pathetic every single night ????
 
Mikki in this game is clearly focused on running the offense (3 assists) Clearly You don't expect him to also score, rebound and defend

We play no defense, have no defensive schemes, have no offensive schemes or sets, point guard just stands on three point line and runs a football hand-off to another guard as our play.. sometimes that results in a turnover also.. I only see Hawes and Thompson doing well..
 
Mikki Moore rebounding stats

20 minutes and 0 rebounds vs Timberwolves
17 minutes and 3 rebounds vs Heat
20 minutes and 1 rebounds vs Magic
And so far, 16 minutes and AGAIN 0 rebounds against Philly. However, its only the first half, maybe, just maybe Mikki might get a rebound in the 2nd half.

With these kinds of Rebounding stats, its no wonder Mikki is starting.

Oh well...I didnt have expectations. A lot of people took Artest for granted. But there is no way we're getting in the 30 win territory this season without him.

As long as JT and Hawes keep improving though I wont get too down. It's always darkest before the dawn et cetra.

If there's any bright side, maybe this road trip will convince TPTB to drop their asinine delusions that we're fighting for a playoff spot this year. :rolleyes:
 
It's Mikki's fault Mikki is sucking though.

Worst player is going to get the most hate when it comes down to it. But yeah, as a team our defense is ****.
 
I gotta say, Mikki is absolutely a waste of a signing. I thought last year he was good as a cheerleader for this team knowing that he didn't provide much statistics to back up any of his enthusiasm. However, now with a total rebuilding effort in play, I realize he is just terrible. Not bad, terrible. I hate it when I hear Jerry Reynolds talk about the intangibles he provides and the things that don't show up in the box score. Well that's because he never shows up at all in the box score! Also, Beno, another terrible signing in my opinion, is showing exactly why the Spurs let him go. Yeah he may have decent assist totals and okay point totals but look at his turnovers. Between him and Salmons it erases any positive assist numbers we have from them or other guys. I'm really frustrated right now, not because I think we suck, it's because Theus is playing the wrong players. Give Bobby Brown more minutes; give Greene a shot, play Spencer and Thompson together more. DAMNIT!

That's three straight blowouts now.
 
why oh why do we have to make every team in the leauge look a contender.....

I don't mind loosing, but lose w/ efford at least
