[Game] Kings @ Sixers - 2/10/16 - 4 PT, 7 ET

Realistic question, after all that Vlade said, is there any chance that he fires Karl anyways? The locker room has been lost, I don't think anything will change that

He'll be fired soon. This can't last, even Vlade and who ever else is pulling the strings can't play blind men forever.

Let me add, when Boogie is scowling it either means he is in the proper mood or he could do something very naughty. One or the other or both. He looks placid in this game which is the way he has appeared in the last few games.

what can he do, we're a mess. An absolute mess

Given the media war against the players in the last 48 hours, generated likely by the Karl camp or the crapty minority owners, I do no't blame the players one bit for coming out like they have.

It is absolutely on coach to motivate the player and get them in the right frame of mind to play games. Pushing these agendas will NOT do it. Throwing players under the bus will NOT do it. For as long as Karl is our coach, this is the effort we will get. It's as simple as that. Players are sick and tired of getting thrown under the bus time and time again and that is not going to change any time soon. The trust between the players and the coach is gone, lost for good. Karl cannot rebuild it and quite frankly, I don't think he wants to.

I meant I can't believe it was truly Vlade's decision not to fire Karl. There is a major crap show going on and I'm inclined to think Vlade is not a part of it.

What's your conspiracy theory then? He stated this was his decision and the minority owners don't have any real power, although I'm sure they are not happy right now.

I think he lied to please his owner.

Now that he has either backed himself into a corner or was told to back himself into a corner, what can he do now? If he fires Karl soon, he might as well quit also. He very well may want to quit.

IF Karl is not fired by tomorrow, the Kings will lose soooooo many more games, that the pick swap on the Stauskas trade is going to bite us in the rear!

We will win the Lottery and then have to swap out for Philly's #5 pick in the lottery!

Karl's halftime speech should be. "Have some f'ing pride. You are losing to the sixers. Don't win for me. Win so that you are not the laughing stock of the NBA. Win so you don't lose to the 2 worst teams in the NBA within a week. Be f'n men!"

Bring back your favorite Kings isn't a plan to build a franchise, and frankly this level of pandering should be insulting. Corliss is going to be the coach soon, which I'm betting is just going to further prove my point.

He is paddling politically correct line to try and build some stability. There is too much smoke around this for there not to be some sort of fire, not matter how small. Our biggest issue in terms of ownership is that we have too many owners that want to have a say. The more people you have, the more noise and issues you get. What's that saying again?! Too many chefs in the kitchen spoils the broth.

theres no way someone as level headed as Vlade doesnt make the decision to rid karl.

The facts are clear; he has lost the locker room and isnt the right coach for this team in any instance.

When the GM has to reiterate X's and O's like defensive intensity and focus you know its not heading in the right way - only here can that happen.

Karl was and is a goner. What we are doing now is detrimental to the franchise and its sustainability

I'd rather be in the damn lotto than watch this for another 30 games.
This worst thing that can happen for us is that we miss 8th seed, and we lose our pick.

Just fire Karl! Ridiculous right now

That's not even close to the worst thing.

Well that's really stupid and a great way to be ineffectual. When a team quits on a coach you have to fire him. This is common stuff, you can't make millionaires play hard for a coach they don't respect.

That's it, I'm done. Wake me up when baseball season starts, please!! I can't deal with these clowns anymore
I agree, I'm not even watching the game. I just jumped on the forum for a moment........no way am I going to waste my time watching this crap...........I'm done with basketball until next season.

Karl is like, your choice, pay me to leave, pay me to stay.

Either way, I'll be at the golf course if you need me.
