Queta "not being ready" to play vs the Rockets sitting 4 of their best players is so dumb to me. If that's the case, he'll never be an NBA player. Gentry is the ultimate coach speak coach I've ever seen.

This is true. I mean, if he doesn't want to play a rookie over someone that's fine, but don't say things and then literally do the opposite.

Nothing says stealth tank more than guarding Jalen Green with Jeremy Lamb when your other guard on the floor is Davion Mitchell.

Especially after today when he said Queta had a very bright future in this organization, everytime the man opens his mouth i get more confused...

To put his performance into context, Dame is on pace to have more fantasy points tonight than Nikola Jokic and Joker on the verge of a 30-pt triple double.

Trey Lyles just angling to win the starting 4 job outright next year. Sheesh. I guess he's too good to play now too in the tank?

I think Holiday very well may have played his way out of a rotation spot with us next year. Wouldn't be surprised to see him shopped this summer.
Easily moveable as an expiring as part of a bigger trade with Holmes and/or Barnes.

I was higher than most on Usman Garuba during the draft last year but the dude just does not look good.

Gotta wonder if Davion is playing his way into a starter role, especially after Fox rehabilitated his trade value the second half of the year

-Davion Mitchell the best player on the floor

-Trey Lyles continues to shine. Looking more and more like Monte found another core piece at the deadline

-Damian Jones continues to cement his back-up C role for next season. Feel very comfortable with him being 12-15 MPG on a good team.

-Jeremy Lamb continues to look really nice. If we can be confident with his health, I wouldn't mind the scoring/playmaking option off the bench that sorely needs it.

-Alex Len got worked over by Bruno Fernando. Thanks Gentry.

-Bit of a quiet half for DDV. Not too much impact either way

-HB just looks like he doesn't care. Him and Justin Holiday look like they're trying to get an early start on the off-season

Yet no one talks about his amazing breakthrough and how Detroit was holding him back. Smh fml
Any time a guy can put up 14 points a game on 23% from three while also catching lobs from Cade all night, you gotta talk about it!!!

He is who he is at this point. a 15 MPG offensive bench big that will occasionally spike for a really big game. But the defense, shooting, lack of playmaking are still all so weak and keep him from being an NBA starter.

I hope DET doesn't ruin a good thing with their prospects by giving him a 4/50 type of deal and expecting a big role out of him. They just need to stay the course with Cade/Bey/Stew/this years FRP and keep building from there.
