Only in his mind
Its not curious to me. He posts up selectively and strategically so he does not get beat up from all the pounding...because he cannot be as easily doubled away from the basket too.Especially from the post. Curiously he's been absent from it a lot of this season
This is Joerger living on the edgeMalachi with 4th quarter appearance...and its not garbage time![]()
Eh, on that play, Richardson had tunnel vision. He had Willy wide open as soon as he drew Drummond over. Instead of passing it, he went up for a really difficult contested shot. That was a really really poor shot. When Ben drives to the basket he goes full speed with tunnel vision loses his balance and throws up garbage....Malachi has the presence of mind to bait the defender when he has the step advantage and draw the foul....simple fundamental basketball!!
Between Temple, Malachi and Bogdanovic, I think Bens time as a King is drawing a close.Watch and learn Ben
we may at some point have to revisit the entire "Vlade can't draft" line if Willie and Malachi continue coming on, and with Skal and Bogdan possibly more promising in the wings.
You are talking about a different play....thought I still disagree with you.Eh, on that play, Richardson had tunnel vision. He had Willy wide open as soon as he drew Drummond over. Instead of passing it, he went up for a really difficult contested shot. That was a really really poor shot.
With that being said, his confidence is not a problem at all.
I keep telling people that you can tell the most about a player by the way s/he drives to the rim, more than anything elseMalachi passes the eye test. He looks like a basketball player, which is more than I can ever say of McBen.
Not talking about the last play where he drove to the rim and tried to go at 2 defenders? He's a rook though, he'll learn to pass lolYou are talking about a different play....thought I still disagree with you.
