Kings @ Pacers Game Thread

I don't understand why Mike played more than Beno tonight. I don't understand why Hawes didn't play. I don't understand how we won the game and why it was close at the end. I am clueless

It's nice when we have PF production eh? If we had a PF that could have that type of production every game we would win a whole mess of contests.

One of those oft quoted truisms that we just proved conclusively to be a load of hooey. What a mess.

I don't have a clue what you mean. 2 out of 3 on the road is good. Doesn't have to be aesthetically pleasing if that's your point.

People are going to rip the Kings sloppy performance tonight. However, winning the back side of a back to back on the road after upsetting one of the best teams in the league the night before is actually fairly impressive no matter how ugly the win IMHO.

We had a huge match-up advantage which made Moore and Miller look like the ultimate twin towers against the Pacers undersized front line which was sorely missing Jermaine O'neal.

I'm talking production not match ups. If we had that type of production from our PF nightly we would be a lot tougher to beat.

I meant production, too. JO may be the shadow of his former self, but he can still defend a bit when he tries. I don't think Mikki would have gone 22pts-11reb on 75% shooting against any real defense. If we had a PF who could do that predictably, it would be a whole different team. Ditto for a PG who could get 7 assists more than a couple of times a season.
