Sac.Kings - Because they played better?

They are a BETTER team. They exploited every single weakness the Kings have tonight and they did it very well.

Now the good news...I won't have to miss any of American Idol.

ImaKingsFan - I disagree vehemently about it being Adelman's job to inspire and motivate the team. If they aren't motivated by being in 8th seed and in danger of dropping out of the playoffs all-together, I cannot imagine what ANY coach could possibly say to change things.

The Kings didn't come out intending to lose. They don't want to get out there and stink up the court. Yes, there may be a lack of attention to certain things - like rebounding - but that's not exaclty new to this team.

Just for discussion? Who exactly would you bench and why?

If you have a child that thinks they won a fight because their parent is yelling, well i dont know what to say about that, but when i was younger, my parents yelling meant grounded + more punishment.

I never associated my parents yelling with me winning a fight, but thats besides the point. I associate the SILENCING of the parents as a method of winning, hopefully to the point where they know i won the battle and responding was pointless.

Your right, the topic should not be approached, or rather. I should watch what i type so you dont take it as literally.

Adelman, you should kill them for shooting so many 3's.

Better?

It means sometimes we can win, but most times we will lose. Over time we can win some, but the Mavs will win much more often.

Perhaps we would win more with Big Ben as our PF. Just a thought....Maybe give KT and change?

Utah is an inferior team to the Spurs but at least they are playing hard and making the Spurs work for the W. That is what bugs me. I can handle when we lose, it is just the way we lose in many of our games.

Dont we all wish. Maybe they would if they traded GM's with the Knicks? I know the chances are slim to none at best, but Big Ben is the best defensive free agent big, something we need. Perhaps Petrie pulls off a miracle (though i doubt it very much).

Well im not suprised. Heck I don't even expect this team to go in the playoffs but somehow they won a few games and are all of a sudden in it. This team still has A LOT of holes in it defensively and offensively.

I do think it maybe time for a better defensive coach for this team. But If we cant find a better defensive coach then Adelman is OK. But Adelman is more of a offense first coach and this team should be built around Artest and defensive. Just look what Dallas has done over the past year. Im not saying we have to jump at their level at once but you can slowly build your team to focus on defense + add a few pieces and you might have a good basketball club.

Well Dallas is a pretty good offensive ball club but tonight our defense looked like the defense that the Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, or Seattle Sonics would play.

I mean, it can´t get worse, can it?


ps: here in Brazil, tomorrow´s game is going to be the first that I´ll be able to watch, ´cause it´s on ESPN international

We got a very lucky break as the Hornets lost tonight also. This was our chance, yet again, to pull away from them. Needless to say, we failed with a big fat F. Lets hope we can entertain the Spurs for more than a quarter tomorow. Maybe even win?
