I'm not entirely sure why our plan has been to switch Keegan off Luka so easily. When his huge improvement this season has been insane ball pressure at the POA. Got to go to Keegs and give him a shot to slow him with a few fouls to give.
Unrelated question about Mark Jones. He’s missed most of the Kings’ games this year. Was he placed onto the team by the NBA to minimize noise around the replacement of Napear?
Yeah, I agree. The refs have shown us the letter of the law. We're better off using Keegan to check Kyrie and just letting Luka foul out our bench guys.
It's one of those things where fans love to see their star players setting the tone by making plays like that, but you're also holding your breath every time.
Fox wants this game. IMO, the chance of Fox getting injured going to the floor on a loose ball is quite a bit less than driving in a lot of traffic with the possibility of an ankle sprain. I can't remember the last time I saw a player get injured going to the floor for a loose ball.
Let’s not turn into Luka with complaining about these terrible refs. We’re letting them shoot 53% from the floor and 47% from 3pt. We’re leaving their shooters wide open because we can’t stop Luka and Kyrie
