How about Sampson though, 2 pts, 1 blk, 3 boards, 1 ast in 3 mnutes. Give him 12-15 minutes (like in Charlotte) a game and lets see what he can do! I'm being serious.

DAM THIS GAME WAS IMPORTANT! if we would have won we would be 26 and 29 while the lakers would be 27 and 29..... instead its 25-30 and 28-28...............

and hey, if we hadnt lost all of those games we should have won early on in the season when the schedule was easier, we might be above .500. the kings--that is, the players, the coaches, and management--blew it from minute one. now the kings have to scramble and play some of the best ball in the west just to creep into that not-so-coveted 8th spot. i don't think its worth it. they tried a lineup that didnt pan out. many of us speculated that the balance was poor from the start, and as it turns out that, despite all of the on-paper talent, the kings just weren't very good. so you scrap this season, build on what you've learned and what you've gained, continue to retool in the offseason (thru the draft, especially), and give it the good ole college try again next season. i think people need to brace themselves for the very realistic possibility that the kings are not going to be able to climb themselves into the playoffs. but the future is bright, and there is much to be excited about, if not the playoffs.
