[Game] Kings @ Knicks, 1/14, 4:30PM (PT)

Cousins should be mad at himself. I mean come on he had Shawne Williams on him a couple of times and Wilson Chandler once and he throws up garbage like that? I mean calm down, pump fake once and get your guy in the air then go up strong.

He isn't scoring well, but his contributions on defense and ball movement shows signs of him understanding there's more to basketball than scoring especially when you are struggling in scoring. You must contribute in other ways.

agree.. i really dont care if other people say he's regressed him contributing as a team player rather than a scorer shows his 2nd year maturity

His core strength isn't there, that's why he's losing his balance on those kind of shots. If he dedicates himself to transform his body, like Nene did, he won't be putting up ugly crap like that anymore.

I think its more lack stamina and still developing post moves/hook shot.

The difference from what I've seen tonight in Defense is a lot of man defense vs. the usual zone where people fail to rotate... Was this true in most the first half?

No, in the first half it was the Knicks not playing well. Now its the Kings playing excellent man defense.

But the fact is that he rarely goes up strong. Landry is tiny compared to Cousins but always goes up strong. Cousins tends to just throw it up without protecting the ball, without jumping

He has the shown the ability to dominate small frontlines like what the Knicks can trot out. He should be having a much better game than he is.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees this BUT of course, he's expected to be more than just a role player thus the frustration most of Kings Nation have towards him at the moment.

The Knicks and especially Stoudemire are getting back into this game like vets: drawing fouls, stopping the clock, getting into the penalty and putting out best players in foul trouble.

The more I see Dally block shots the more I am Excited how whiteside can become THAT kind of player only a lot taller and longer

Damn, STAT has been to the FT line quite a few times tonight, hasn't he. They must be sneezing on him. Can't wait till DMC gets the same calls STAT gets. He's having a crappy shooting night but getting to the foul line.
