I know a lot of people on here don't know how to feel about the Kings right now, but they are still here, and there's a game in about 30 minutes, so a game thread is still in order.

I love the Kings. I will watch the Kings. I will support them when they get a whole lot better no matter where they are.

Udrih-Thornton-Greene-Cousins-Dalembert are the starters tonight. Very excited to see how they play together. Good mix of offense and defense, and it's the lineup I have wanted to see all season ( with Evans in for Thornton of course).

Jazz have been pretty bad lately. Good chance for a win if we play hard.

Cuz is finding everyone when we post him up. He looks like he's back.

I wish Dalembert had better shot selection, and I wish we would stop passing him the ball so much.

Sumbitch! There's a basketball game! Without DWill, this is a different Jazz team, as they no longer have the inside/outside combo from before.

Omri is out with a back strain/spasm.

Good to see Cisco play a few minutes. Doesnt hurt that he also knocked down a few 3's. Jazz had 16 FTA that quarter .. cut that down and we'd be up easy.

Chris Webber grabbed 26 boards on 1/5/01 at ARCO against the Pacers. Webber has five other games of 20+, Olden Polynice has 4, Brad Miller has 3, and LaSalle Thompson has 1. So that's a total of 14 20+ rebound games in Sacramento history. No data for pre-1988.

I like how THORNTON plays the SG position how it's supposed to be played and not like Tyreke that basically takes the ball out of Udrih's hands most of the time. Thornton lets Beno call the plays, run the team from that position and gets himself open.

Also put up 51 in that game, if my memory is correct. Was an absolute monster game.

I've seen more positive changes in Cousins body language lately. Not complaining as much, or being as demonstrative. But more importantly in dealing with his teammates. He's giving them fist slaps more often when they shoot ft's, which he never did before. He's helping them up off the floor, which he wasn't doing before.

Small steps, but still progress.
