Kings guard Tyrese Haliburton is gaining momentum in the Rookie of the Year race after moving to the top of NBA.com’s weekly rookie rankings. Haliburton was the new No. in this week’s Kia Rookie Ladder, passing Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves for the top spot after helping the Kings win seven of eight to climb back into playoff contention.
