Kings Fans NFL Pick'em - Sign Up - yahoo!

Just signed up - and made my picks for the 1st week. Strangely, I feel more comfortable picking the Raiders to clamp down and beat Detroit than I do that the Niners will do the same to Arizona. Still, went with both home teams after thinking (wishing?!) it through - and they are both favorites.
 
oky-doky...after some wrangling with the yahoo id, I'm in. ;)

P.S. While I'm a pretty mean Fantasy Football player, I'm gawd-awful at picking games.

Glad to see that 27 out of 28 people remembered to make their picks! Only a couple went with the Saints tonight.
 
OMG - I'm in a tie for 1st place. How could that happen? Only 1 game played so far? Oh...............never mind. :D

I'm a big Saints fan. Still, I picked the Colts at first.... but I just couldn't make myself click the "accept" button so I went back and switched my pick. :p
 
10 of 16...that's actually a better than average week for me. I usually nail one or two upsets no one else gets, but whatever advantage I get from that is lost by all the other reaches.
 
Funny thing is if you just picked the favorites you would get 12 right.

By the way, nice picks mavs fan.

Who is the commissioner here!!! I have a serious problem. I put in my picks on Friday, like I normally do, BUT MY SCORE DOES NOT REFLECT IT!!!!:mad: How can I get this fixed.
 
OK I see you in the league. It says you did not make any picks this week. You may not have saved your picks possibly? Remember you get one mulligan week, so I guess you'll be using your mulligan now.

After you make your picks be sure to hit the "Submit" button at the bottom and then make sure it says your picks are "completed". If it is not complete it will say "incomplete" in red. You can make your picks for next week to see what I'm talking about. You can edit your picks up to 5 minutes before the first game of each week.

As far as the mulligan.. yahoo will Drop 1 score, the lowest score for your season, which for you will automatically be this last week. As long as you don't miss another week this year you should be fine.
 
Hey, here I am stuck in the middle. That's a good place to be for someone who does not watch football anymore. Haven't watched 2 whole games in the past 5 years or so. :eek:
 
Darn!!! I did not post this weekend's picks because I usually post on Thursday. I was late because of the Thursday night game. We should be able to take an Incorrect for the Thursday game and still post Sunday's. I know. It is not in the rules that way. I just totally forgot that they were going to start doing Thursday games again this week. Bummer! :o

I actually can't believe I got that high, I was just in the middle of the pack a few weeks ago.

As for picking winners or picking from the point spread, I have only a small preference for point spread. I'll play either way next year.
 
Wow... if my calculations are correct, then if you picked the favorites every single time this season you would have scored 176/171 and won the league.

I guess I might prefer the point spread a smidge more now.
 
I still don't like the point spread but if this group wants to go back to it, I'll start another one so we can have one with point spread and one without...

:)
