Kings fans going to Feb. 20 Clippers game

Note about I-5 gas prices

BTW, the trick when traveling to/fm LA on I-5 is to always gas up south of the Grapevine up at the the truck stop at the Frazier Park exit just past Lebec then just in from the off ramp. It always, as in 98% of the time, has the cheapest gas anywhere along I-5. A full tank from there will get most, who drive under 80 anyway, back to Sactown. :D

Thanks CruzDude for putting this together and all the other members I had the pleasure of meeting, however briefly. Sometimes I feel like I'm behind enemy lines down here in Laker-land (especially when the car flags start flying) so it was nice to see that I had allies. It's too bad the final outcome wasn't a better one.

Mike0476, those De-Fense chants were totally working on everybody except Eric Gordon who somehow seemed to get energized by them instead. Something to remember next time. Once Eric Gordon goes out, that's when we send out the chants. :D

Hawes showing why he had so many rebounds.... its intensity!!!

Dude those are some amazing views. Were those tickets pretty hard to get?

Just wanted to update everyone that my brother is currently working on producing a video. I got a sneak peak at it and the first 10 seconds was awesome to watch.

Of course those first 10 seconds took a couple of hours to make due to a very slow computer.

Once it's completed I will provide a link to watch it.

Since you were close by, how loud were we?

What was the reaction like where you were sitting when we got loud and proud for our Kings?

They took my Thunder Sticks but they didn't take my pride and voice. I have since lost some of my voice but for a good cause. :)

It was loud and awesome! even tho i was sitting right behind the Kings bench i wanted to get up and go over to the Kings side of the arena.... or should i say the loudest place in the whole building

I got the tickets from a friend... I usually get to see both Clippers/Kings and Lakers Kings games from those (3rd row behind the kings bench) seats.... but that was the only game i've seen from there this year...

This video was made by my brother Jesse as it shows our experience for the Kings at Clippers game. We started out at the ESPN Zone, made our way to Staples Center for a group picture, walked in the backstage area to stand in the tunnel to high five our Kings and took our seats to cheer them on. A very cool experience.

Enjoy!

I'll have something special planned for Eric Gordon. Hopefully anyway. :)

So if you heard us loud and clear then I know the Kings heard it too. Awesome!

Dude that video was hot. Props to Jesse that. Helluva job.

He came over to my place to work on the video and he had to borrow a friend's computer. This video was awesome so I can only imagine what else he could have done with his footage if he had his computer, which is being repaired and won't be back for another week.

This was basically what he wrote on his Facebook:

"Latest video I just edited on a Mac POWER BOOK G4. They haven't sold this computer in 4 FREAKIN' YEARS!! I'm running FCP 5.1 on this slow machine. Gosh damn it took 20 minutes to RENDER a 1:30 clip!! Dah, this was painful. I wanted to do more to this video, but I just wanted to get it out."

Crazy. Wingin it with unfamiliar hardware and getting done so quickly. Your bro is a man of many talents. Editing film, Heckling Clippers, and Filming while eating sushi at same time.

He is very talented, creative and has "it" because he gets it.

It's unfortunate too because a few weeks ago he applied for an internship with Maloof Sports and Entertainment. They told him he was over qualified for the position. I am assuming it's because he earned his BA degree in Radio and Television a few months ago along with his experience. He could have done some beautiful things for them.
