Somebody has decided that playing WCS is a good idea. I think it was a game or two ago when he was put in and jerked in 1 minute or so.

All I will say is people are delusional if they think the only thing wrong with this team is George Karl. I want Karl gone as much as the next guy but in no way does that fix the team.

READ THIS AGAIN, fellow Kings fans. That's the philosophy of the current coaching hierarchy (meaning at least Karl and Iske). That explains so much if you don't try and over-analyze it.

In other words, the plan is right on track? Just keep head butting the brick wall, it will eventually move out of your way. I mean, it's common sense right?

Look, I'm a big Cousins fan. But I also tell it like it is. Sometimes he really just checks out mentally. He's actually been playing with injuries all season. I'm questioning the desire. I don't see it.

Before locking up that all star bid, he played hard even through injuries. No, I don't want Cousins traded and I believe he is our franchise player. But we are talking about letting the season slip away and no one seems to care. I'm questioning, what the hell happen to fighting for the playoffs? Schemes and systems and all, some of them gave up mentally. If this is an infighting about neither side wanting to give in, then it's just sad. Another season down the drain.

Not to excuse a lack of effort, but this to me shows intelligence. They know this is going nowhere fast. My question is why is it taking so long for something to be done here?

Brad Miller coming off a broken leg ran up and down the floor better than DMC right now and he came back for the playoffs right after too. Rondo has checked out, bench Rondo DMC and play some players that give a rats ass

I wonder if Cousins can explain himself regarding why his performance has went to the toilets after the 56 points game basically. I know he's had a triple double and a 30 pt game yesterday etc etc. But for anyone that knows how talented Boogie really is, you know what I'm talking about. A 30 point game can actually be a bad effort for Cousins.

Where has the "Playoffs, playoffs, playoffs" desire went? Don't get me wrong, I know how bad of a system Karl has created and how his rotations and overall stubborn ways has affected the team. But what the hell happen? Why was everyone chugging along well enough for the 5 game win streak only to put themselves in one of the biggest free fall we've seen?

I can't speak to WHY it's happening, but the same thing can be said of every player on the team that wasn't drafted within the last couple of years. Every 'vet' appears to be going through the motions.

Its sad to see some of our players lie down like dogs and throw away the season just to get Karl fired. Congratulations he will get fired within the next few days but subsequently you have thrown away the season and will be playing for nothing post all star break. The mental makeup of some of these players is as bad as Karl's schemes.

These group of players are the most mentally weak Sacramento Kings team I've ever encountered. Bunch of babies. If they don't get their way they just quit on the city, the fans, each other, and themselves. I've never seen such a bunch of jellyfish in my entire life. Perhaps when they find some heart they will also find a spine.

If they don't get their way they just quit on the city, the fans, each other, and themselves. I've never seen such a bunch of jellyfish in my entire life. Perhaps when they find some heart they will also find a spine.

I guess that's why it isn't always about having vets huh? at least with some young players in there, they are hungry and want to prove themselves. I'd rather watch that then all these guys checking out, this is torture.

Omri tries, he just sometimes tries too hard (like Cisco used to do). Quincy would try, which begs the question why he is nailed to the bench. This is a huge cluster-**** right now. Trying to figure it out will just give you a headache ... and most likely nightmares.

His attitude sucks. But it doesn't negate the fact that he is playing hurt. The two are not mutually exclusive.

This same team with these same schemes won five in a row not two weeks ago beating good teams like the Jazz, Clippers, Hawks and Pacers with good defense being the catalyst. Maybe you disagree with the schemes but you were the 8th seed and on a uptick, you make the playoffs this year and evaluate the coaching over the summer. This all of a sudden mentality of going back to loafing it up and down, playing disinterested makes NO SENSE. You have basically thrown the season away in a week and a half because you chose "having it my way and losing" over sucking it up and going out there and trying to win every game. Do you really want to go to battle with those kind of players?

I do not agree with your assessment of DeMarcus Cousins and I'm not going to waste time arguing...because neither of us will change our minds. My point above stands.

I disagree vehemently but I'm not gonna argue, since you have every right to your POV. I just want to be on record so the casual reader doesn't think all Kings fans think that way.

I disagree. Koufos, Casspi, Collison even Rudy consistently bring it, they just aren't good enough for that to make a difference on the scoreboard on most nights. This is a star's league, if your star player decides to roll over like a dog you can go from looking like a top 10 team one week to the worst team in the league the next week.

Curry, Lebron, Westbrook, Durant, Paul bring it EVERY night, thus their teams are very good really regardless of who else surrounds them.
