[Game] Kings @ Cavaliers - 1/2/13

This whole thing where your marquee big is being guarded by Luke Walton and you aren't feeding him the ball is sort of why your marquee big man loses his temper.
 
That's the kind of mistake that drives me nuts. Why are you running into a 3 point shooter JJ?
 
Id love to hear from all those morons that were calling Grants show last week saying to kick Cousins to the curb.......

Well the thing with him is all about when the next blowup happens and how bad it is. Nobody has really questioned his talent
 
Cousins looks like he's hell-bent on getting another triple-double whether his teammates are willing to make easy shots or not.
 
Once again our trusty coach leaves our best player on the bench too long in the 2nd. Makes perfect sense when there about to get a 15 minute rest at half time......
 
Cousins leads in pts, rbds, and assists. I don't know what Smart thinks he is saving him for.
 
quick question...why has our offense consisted of dribbling out the clock and chucking up a three? Wheres Cousins getting the ball

We need guards who think their job is to lead the team and not to score. I guess you can't change what is in their DNA but a GM can certainly build a team that recognizes the game is easier when Cuz gets the ball.
 
wtf has gotten into DeMarcus? he looks like an All-Star lately. hes a different player. not just his game, but his demeanor as well.

i hate to think of the idea that maybe hes in a good mood because he wants out of Sac and thinks its going to happen now with his new agent.......
 
OK, now second half Cuz will play the third quarter and come in at BEST with 5 minutes left to go in the game.
 
its also such a shame that DeMarcus is surrounded by such mediocre at best players (besides Tyreke). it would be scary to think of the production he would have on a team with decent players around him.

I think when your team mates tell you they are tired of you, it hits home. But, I get the point that he doesn't seem to be controlling himself but just out their playing. Maybe it has to do with the extra pass kind of offense and he realizes he is just part of the team. Nah, I'd have to give Smart some credit for that.

Gotta admit he's better to watch like this.

ya i just hope its not the case that hes got a whole new attitude because his agent has agreed to get him out of Sac. i get scared, especially when i read these kinds of things........

Umm, didn't Petrie start to shop him around but the Maloofs said they wouldn't trade him. Who knows what is said. If he keeps like this he won't be traded. And, I'm with a few others who say their fandom might change if Cuz is gone. At this point the guys who keep me watching the team are Tyreke, Cuz, and Jimmer. I'm beginning to like JJ but he has to cut down his shooting.

Same here. I know Petrie said he's not dealing Cousins. But if he comes out publicly saying " We want to trade Cousins" he loses all leverage in trade talks. I won't believe anything I read about his status with us until after the trade deadline

it doesnt matter if they WANT to trade him, if the rumors are true and Cousins hired the new agent because he wants to leave, he will be gone before next season
