And the road trip still continues. Kings currently 2-1 an a 6 game road trip with a very realistic chance of a split or even more. Also we are currently on a 2 games road winning streak. Considering everything that it going on - it is very respectable.

We are not playing great but we managed to win two very close games on the road which is always a good sign. Let's face it - this team we have now is not able to dominate and blow out teams that "vintage" Kings used to do. So we better get used to close games because there will be many. On the other hand this team is strong enough to compeate every night and compensate injuries and bad performances. We are very resiliant bunch and if the saying "what does not kill you - makes you stronger" has any truth in it - we are on a right track because we are still standing and we are not going anywhere, regardless what all "experts" and self proclaimed analysts predicted.

Injuries -
. Our players seam to get njured in sleep. Brad and Darius having problems when I thought with Pedja back we can get more in sync and get more momentum. We will still manage but this has to stop one day. It cost us so much in the past. Very frustrating.

Glad to see that things calmed down a little around here since a trade. Life does go on and winning helps heal little quicker. We can't turn the clock back and have to look forward to what we have now. We will always have the memories. Also would be nice if the discussions "Webber vs 3 new Kings" would slowlly stop. We are doing a disservice to both . It is what it is. We have to move on.

Tonight's game is winable but we are not as big a favorite as we would usually be. Bobcats play hard every night but they do not know how to finish games. They also have problems scoring. We just have to be there at the end. Hard to have any expectations not knowing who will play tonight. We have to cut down on turnovers which are killing us lately.

Bibby - congrats for POW ! Again - defense, defense, defense. Other than that - Mike has been as good as anybody else in the league. Hopefully Pedja can take some pressure off and Mike can be more fresh at the ends of games to bring us home.
Brad - might not play. Could use a little break. Apparently only like to shoot in the woods. Has been very solid.
Pedja - he has got to play tonight. I hope he does not reinjure anything. Always a concern with this team. Needs to start contributing imideately. Maybe does not have to play big minutes but knowing RA...
Cat - while his late game heroics are great - he is jusn not playing well at the moment. Missing is one thing but forcing bad shots and turning the ball over so much is going to bite us eventually.
Darius - has been influenced by the trade the most. Also has an injury. He will be more comfortable of the bench for now
Thomas - does not force shots - does other things to help the team. Still adjusting
Williamson - very solid but too many fouls. Will he manage to get fouled out even with reduced minutes now ?.
Skinner - Watching him - I though that he has to have a major weakness that is preve nting him from playing more. Then I saw him shooting and the I saw him on the line. Then, I understood everything. Don Nelson might consider a "Hack-a-Skinner" strategy if we play in the play offs. You can not use him down the strech.
Evans - helped us a lot in difficult moments. Still needs better controll outh there.
House - well, well, well.
Tag - might actually play tonight. Capitan of the "mateen society" at the moment.
Martin - no minutes left for him.
