as for the game...all things considered...ill take being down by 8

the funny thing is even after them being down by big...i think that they feel like after last night they can do anything...and thats a good attitude

Peja/Webb were definetly rusty...but as the half ran on they seemed to scrape some of that rust off

although i don't know the exact numbers i know they have to be killing us with points in the paint

when the game started and i saw all of our usual starters go to center court i had this nice warm and fuzzy feeling inside...AND everyone on our bench is healthy...ahh love that

well he gave us NOTHING in the 1st half so he can only play better.

Everyone seems to agree: Peja would be the kicker-- the softest guy on the team. How interesting....

This 2nd quarter is what Webber has to do more. Go inside. When his perimeter shots don't go in he went to the basket unlike other times. Other times, he keeps shooting perimeter shots even though they aint fallen.

Yes! I think he started going inside when Portland was playing small, which gave him a huge advantage. But what I really liked is that Pedja kept asking for the ball at the arc and then immediately fed it to Webb. When Pedja is behind the line his defender must follow him and if Webb is posting up it is as simple as that: Pedja to Webb at the low post, no chance of quickly doubling up on Webb -> an easy 2. I especially liked "the scoop shot".

I wouldn't mind seeing more of that in 4th quarter of close games.

I don't. He has done nothing in the 1st half. PLus don't really want to force him play just after he cameback from his injury.

I think Peja is more of a quarter back because of his shooting. His shooting can be his passing.... Also Bibby can also be a quarterback from his great passing. he IS a pg....

b) teams which suck - one needs to show up
