The article by Voison in the Bee this morning was atrocious. For her to imply that the reason fans are pissed the Kings let Kayte go is because she is attractive, and its based on her looks, is insulting to both Kayte and the eduacted Kings fans who appreciated her analysis.

Voison said Gray is an immediate upgrade talent wise, Kayte lacked both presence and poise, and in a few years with more seasoning, Kayte should be able to carve out a nice career somewhere. She said male fans will "miss the looks", and if we want analysis, Gray is a much better option. She also said something along the lines of Kayte is responsible for tissues being handed out to drooling fans. Is Voison on drugs? How is she allowed to report this garbage?

Angela Tsia was cute, but absolutely terrible at her job, and I think most here, male of female, would have chipped in to help buy her ticket out of town. Is Voison so jealous of Kayte she writes an article implying the only positive to retaining Kayte would have been for the drooling men to look at her? It's embarrassing the crap Voison continues to write, and bradley allows to be published. With this team on the rise it would be a great time to get some decent journalists in here.

The only writer of the Bee that I have disliked more is R. E. Graswich. Marcus Breton is very close IMO. He has seemed to have had a vendeta against the Maloofs the past 5 or 6 years.

If you don't care that Kayte was fired and replaced by the "youthful" Jim Gray, no problem. There are fans - myself included - who feel differently. Kayte Christensen was a class act. I met her several times and she was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing...

Jim Gray doesn't impress me any more than Rupe the Hoop. Remember him? Another favorite of the Maloofs, who couldn't understand why the fans didn't like him. The fans LIKED Kayte Christensen. When you're trying to find ways to get fan posteriors back into the seats, that's important.

I am by no means a fan of Jim Gray (never cared for him that much), but comparing him to Rupe the Hoop is just plain mean. The first time I saw Rupe the Hoop, I thought it was a joke. When I realized he was going to be a regular event, I was almost ready to start a petition to get rid of him.
