Is there an official KF fantasy basketball league?

There always has been, but not sure about this year. The guy who has always started it joined the military last year, so not sure if he has time for such trivialities.
I've said before that if ever doesn't happen I might start up a series of linked "official leagues" -- seems kind of silly for a large active board to not have something in place.
Brick - We already have two full NBA fantasy leagues for the upcoming season. We're just been waiting to see if you - or someone - would step in and fill JSin's shoes while he's gone.
And JSin is an active participant in the OFFICIAL NFL fantasy league. He still finds time for the important things.

We've got the normal user leagues, no real structure setup for something board related.
Okay, I'm confused. What do you mean by board related? I've started a league - that's pretty much tied to this board - and so has bigdog, who has had leagues going for several years. Both of those leagues consist entirely of Kingsfans.com members.

You'll find out if there is room this time next week (assuming I am not overruled). Generally this league gives preference to returning teams first, and long-time, established posters second. We'll just have to see how high the demand is.
By the way, I think Bricklayer was referring to setting up multiple leagues with a kind of hierarchy system. As people stop playing in the oldest league, people from the newer leagues can move up to join. New posters can join the newest leagues and work their way up. At this point, with the other leagues already set up, I don't know if that system could be started this year, though.
