Interesting Stat

I don't know if this was mentioned earlier. But was just checking out the nice box score we had last night when I noticed the rebounding advantage was rather outstanding. I know Odom was gone last night and he's their best rebounder, but a 30 rebounding advantage. Wow 62 to 32. That's just amazing.

odom and mihm were out... thats damn near 20 rebounds from their starters.....62-52 doesnt sound nearly as bad.....

Another interesting stat:

I looked at the team stat this season: we have the lowest Opp.FT% in the league - 73.8

I couldn't figure out how this happen...

aries i'm sorry but things don't add up like that. look at there last 3 games, against good rebounding teams such as the Sonics. They were pretty close. In the last 5 games you have only been outrebounded by 10 once, and that was by the grizzles so this stat is pretty damn good.

Spurs-44 to 47
Memphis-41 to 55
Phx-41 to 49
Houston- 44 top 46
Seattle- 39 to 42
Sacto- 32 to 62

One of these is not like the other......

Yeah? I didn't see the game (fortunately I SOOOO wanted to see the knicks, as usual  ) but I'm sure the Lakers must have had a REALLY tough time, since you are implying that they weren't allowed to play anybody else in Mihm's or Odom's place.

On a side note, have you ever noticed how most players on the all star teams average more than 20 points/game, yet for some reason the all star score usually isn't 241 to 239. Its really strange....

I have another really interesting stat.

It is 2:10 pm, so I have been at work for 6 hours. I have accomplished zilch, yet the day has seemed really tough.

(I think I better paint over my office window until autumn is over)
