man i know this is a kind of selfish first post but i just tried buying some tickets for me and my pals and it said that there isnt any left--and i'm here in e-whimper to ask is there anything we can do?
p.s. hay guys
Look me up, Cap! I have seats 1 and 2 in row G
Anyone have a link showing a detailed seating section? I would like to see if I got any isle seats but the link on Arco's page just shows sections now seats.
And they would lose their A**I just got 2 tickets!!!!!!!!! I landed two GREAT seats....Upper bowl, Section 215 (CENTER COURT) Row D seats 1 and 2......$20 BUCKS!!!!!!!!!
If they did this for every game they'd have a full arena....
And they would lose their A**![]()
They could do this for tickets and not have 1 dollar beer and sodas and not lose their arse.
Let's just say half of the seats are in the upper deck so that is about 8,658 seats. Average price up there is what $40? so 8,658 seats x $40=$346,320 but if it is only $10 you only pull in $86,580. A difference of $259,740, spread that across 41 home games and you are losing over $10 million. Now I know we dont sell out the upper deck anymore so those figures are not concrete, just sayin. I am just trying to point out that NO, they cant do this all the time.
argh.. after many tries it went through!
i got 3 for section 215 row h
Just to quibble - I don't know the numbers of seats, etc., and am partially colorblind (which makes identifying seat costs a bear), but I think the average cost would be closer to $25. Lots of $25 seats and the $10 seats will bring down the cost of the $40 seats to closer to $30 on average, I would think.
And, as you stated, that is for a full arena. Right now they may be filling in say, 60% overall (10,000± out of 17,000± for round numbers). Assuming 50 % of upper deck seats (just for arguement) on a "normal" day at an average of $25 vs. a sellout at $10 each would be 8658/2*25 - 8658*10 or $21,600± per game difference in the upper deck. That is less than $900,000 for the season, and they could make lots more than that in beer sales and merchandise.
Just playing with some numbers.....
Edit - OK, so I forgot about the $85 (or whatever) seats. Would skew the numbers higher...... Point still stands, I think.
We're in the same row. I'm seats 5 and 6
