How's Peja's Finger?

Last we heard, said he was intending too. Or at least last I heard -- might be better information from one of the local posters who have a chance to listen to sprots radio and whatnot.

The prognosis is NOT good.

The original injury, a "slight pinky sprain", while not severe in the least caused a "numbing" sensation in Peja's hand. This numbing sensation that Peja felt has extended and expanded through the entire left side of his body. Doctors have never seen anything like this and have never known a slight pinky sprain to cause partial paralysis.

This partial paralysis and inablity to function properly without the usage of his pinky finger has led us to the most unfortunate incident which transpired Sunday November 27th. Unfortunately, for the Kings, Peja was making waffles and due to his dehabilitating injury - Peja was unable to hold onto his spatula and dropped it onto his big toe.

This toe injury is causing untold spasms that are arcing across his back and causing him to have delirium and hallucinations.

In one sweaty episode, Peja begged for the doctors to just "take it off" - which led many in the room to wonder if he was talking about the nurse or his foot.

I will keep you updated as Peja's trauma continues.

Thanks. I've even tried to listen to 1140 through the internet to find out, but apparently that's the only station in the United States that doesn't stream live audio.

Haha..probably. But thank you too, I guess he's always got modeling to fall back on. I hear spatula models are in high demand right now.

This is the kind of ridiculous reporting that has driven me away from this room recently.......it was in fact a stainless steel chef spork....not a spatula......ridiculous...

I think that you both have it wrong. I heard that while stirring a pan of Jello cook and serve vanilla pudding with his non-injured hand, he recieved, what the news report called, a "masive splinter" from the wooden spoon and is expected to undergo season, perhaps career, ending surgery next week at the UC Davis medical center.

Peja's finger is still in the middle, slightly up, above the others...

Tsk! Tsk! :p

Now, you know the aforementioned finger is his pinky. This is no laughing matter. I heard that he may have to have his hand amputated.

Hand.....no feeling.
Hand amputated (no hand)....hurts like hell.

I don't get it.

For anyone who is not sure...I AM KIDDING!! ;)

No. The pinky is getting better but he just got like a career ending bad haircut and decided it's too risky to go out there and be seen missing shots with a bad haircut.
