How much did you eat?

I had a Spencer steak (frikken $12.99 a lb), with a twice baked potato, fresh green beans, some kind of tomato/onion cold salad, and 2 biscuits.

I attended a "potluck" community Thanksgiving. After helping serve, there was still tons of food left. I tried things I'd never had before, among them a fantastic cranberry fruit chutney, a sweet potato/pecan casserole that was to die for, a salad with arugula, mandarin orange slices, pecans, apple and a wonderful vinagarette. There were some marvelous desserts, too, including a cranberry/apple pie that was very good, a mince pie with hard sauce that seemingly disappeared in the blink of an eye, and so much more.

There was, of course, the turkey with all the trimmings, the usual vegetables, etc. I've got enough stuff in my frig to assemble at least 6 sandwiches.

:D

surprisingly not a lot. i only ate one plate, and didn't even finish it. well i had to save room for the fabulous apple cranberry crisp i made for dessert ;)

i did spend the day snacking on the dressing, and my cousin's home made chocolate. it turns out corn chips are REALLY good dipped in chocolate, carrots as well :D

Not alot ..... we (8 of us) had dinner at Landry's (yeah, Don Landry of the Cowboy's) in Orlando.

I had the broiled platter (all seafood) ... (shrimp, stuffed shrimp, scallops, oysters on-the-shell, filet of halibut topped with crab) ... it was ALL GOOD !!!
