C) WCS (not because he earned it, but because he's potentially a better fit)

PF) Cousins
SF) Gay
SG) Ben (he's earned it)
PG) Collision (obviously better)

Or

C) Cousins
PF) Gay
SF) Barnes/ Casspi
SG) Ben
PG) Collision

I personally would like to see if Tolliver at PF and Collison would stretch the floor. Also wouldn't be opposed to McLemore at SG and WCS at PF to see if we can increase pace. I think I'm on board with Koufos not in the lineup with Cuz.

I've been worried about Collison entering the starting lineup solely because he has such good chemistry with WCS. I think he makes WCS so much better.. so moving WCS in to the starting lineup would solve that. I'm on board.

Thats why I included WCS in the first option. He is basically a rim runner and DC and hit him a few times..... to get he freaking energy level up. So maybe he tries to rebound or do anything.

I agree he actually injects a good level of intelligence and goes hard despite some of his other limits.

He doesn't make many mistakes when he's on the court. He knows what he can do and he does it. He's the epitome of playing within yourself. He's obviously not a high caliber starter, but looking at what we have on the roster, I think his game is best suited next to Cousins in the starting lineup (while eliminating the double C lineups or at the very least, keeping them to a minimum).

Having Temple & Tolliver in the starting lineup would be a couple of great teammates & influencers for Cousins who can be in his ear and help calm him down when he gets heated. Both of them won teammate of the year on their teams (I think?). They're both unselfish guys who want (above all) to help the team win.

I'd just go ahead and start Collison, Ben & Trill....let Trill grow with Cousins and take all the deer in the headlight plays he provides and let him grow, hopefully....trials & tribulations for a second year player.

If we are going small, my starters would be Collison-Temple-Gay-Tolliver-Cousins. Our big 3 gets mixed with some gritty vets that play good D and can space the floor. Yes Tolliver has not been hitting shots but he still makes people have to respect his shot, and he hustles very hard. Bench would be Lawson-Mclemore-Barnes-Casspi-Koufos.

I like this starter as well.
As for the bench, Affalo would make more sense over Ben. And WCS over Casspi, maybe.

I personally think, Vlade needs a deal by mid December to unload contract year players (i.e. Casspi, Ben, Rudy).
