i forget the reason VF...but it was either Celt or 6th that came up with it...i don't really remember who it was...but they correctly justified Neptune as a great nickname for Darius...but i definetly see your point

I don't care that much about nicknames, but I like this one because it is random, funny, and easy to say. Besides, does anybody think Songaila is actually going to get a real nickname any time soon?

Geez, by the Celt's logic, maybe we should call Darius "Dark Matter" or "Black Hole Man".

Darius is the only Sacramento King with a King's name, unless you count Chris of course. Darius is the King of Kings.

Bibby was named after Michael the Archangel.

Miller was named after a little nail or something.

Ostertag was named after after a Pope.

I don't know, maybe Peja was named after a Slavic beverage.
