Green suspended for game 3

Draymond being considered the gritty heart of a championship dynasty while Dennis Rodman has somehow largely been relegated to wacky dumb guy whose repeated antics were a total distraction from the greatness of his teammates who totally didn’t need him anyways is so weird to me.

Both guys are among the greatest role players of all time and both guys engaged in more than their fair share of hijinks (although I don’t think any of Rodman’s antics ever wound up hurting his team as much as Draymond getting suspended for kicking Lebron in the balls during the 3-1 finals series did) but somehow Draymond largely gets a pass? Maybe it’s just the hair and sexual fluidity?
Dennis Rodman was a much better overall player than Green.

The right decision but the players need to pretend they didn’t hear this. Nothing changes, same energy, same “appropriate amount of fear”. Don’t let this galvanize the Warriors.
Exactly. This is where i wanna see them reach within themselves and unlock another level. Prayerfully we’ll have Sabonis for game 3 and he’s resting up well right now

Sabonis already has a bit of a rep but F it.
Vlade had a bit of a rep, so does Jokic. The only reason Arvydas didn't have as much of a rep was because he came into the league old and battered and his main victims were Shaq and Vlade. Embiid has a rep. Luka has a rep. Harden has a rep. Lebron has a rep.

Pretty much the only star players in the league who don't have reps are Giannis (everyone's favorite wide-eyed happy-go-lucky Greek friend) and De'Aaron Fox (slept on for so long but will probably have some dumbass controversy attached to him in a week or two at this rate)

I've wanted to compare Dray to Dennis but I just can't, maybe the Bad Boy Pistons? But he just has NONE of Dennis's charm or quirkiness. I know Dennis also had some mental health issues and reports from my dad's social circle were that he passed social diseases around like candy, but I never got the impression he was a hurtful guy.
I can see why this comparison is drawn - but Dennis Rodman is nothing like Drugmound IMO. Rodman has is quirks/issues - but he has good heart. He's a guy you want to root for. Drugmound I'd be reluctant to root for. I reject the notion that he's the type of guy "you love when he's on your team but hate on the other team". I'd be ashamed if he was on the Kings. Also - he's overrated, and past his prime. I wouldn't trade Kessler Edwards or anyone north of Kess on our roster for Drugmound Green.

They both play bigger than their listed height - but that's exactly where the comparison stops.

Rodman was a troubled soul/weird guy. Draymond is just an asshat.
