The biggest and most frustrating thing in last night’s game was Tyreke Evans. I don’t think he touched the ball 10 times. It bothers me to think that Tyreke’s first 2 plays were the type where he was aggressive and you’d think he’d just light up the game, instead he became so passive, lack of movement and it didn’t help that the team really didn’t look at him.

We’re so wrapped up in I.T and his hype of rookie of the year that we’re completely destroying our former R.O.Y and the guy you build this team with.

Don’t get me wrong, I love I.T and his game, but we aren’t using him in the best role. He’s exactly what we need off the bench. The guy that comes in and sparks this team. We aren’t using him to our strength. And watching this whole R.O.Y thing….

I don’t think Coach is this dumb and I hope he realizes that we were doing much better with Tyreke as the PG rather than I.T….I’ve reached a point in last night’s game where I was sad, upset and confused.

I can’t help to think our owners are pushing hard for I.T to be “the guy.” Besides the fact that they’re “broke” and can’t hire a real coach, I think they hire small/inexperienced coaches so they can tell them exactly what to do.

Since Coach Smart likes to play with line-ups, we should try Tyreke, Terrance, Jimmer, JT & Demarcus.

Can we please figure out how to use Demarcus and Tyreke together. If these 2 get on the same page…imagine the possibilities…But Tyreke really does have to work on his jumper this summer.

Josh Holloway -- few things are so fearsome as having to select the occassional obligatory hot guy, because out of the entire universe of women's tastes how do you get one that even covers half of them? Men are easier. So anyway, traveling along the continuum between Zac Efon and George Clooney I stopped off somewhere in the middle, and to show my dedication tp the ladies of the board even uploaded my first picture of a hot guy to my photobucket account so I could resize it.

Thank you, Brick. I know how difficult this must have been, but very nice choice. :)

Can't expect to see movement if the ball doesn't go to him. He made several cuts but was never open to get the ball. Part of that is Leonard being a good defender, and historically Reke tends to struggle with long athletic defenders like Thabo and now Leonard. The other part is well ... us just not giving him the ball at all.

Our last win against the Spurs was in their homecourt where Reke torched them as a ......... Point Guard. Reke played 43minutes in that game, btw. IT is good but will never be dominantly good being the smallish PG he is. Reke on the hand has all the potential to be dominantly good or probably even create an evolution of the PG spot.

I can't wait for the season to end and hopefully see a new light with this team. And hopefully Reke playing either of the guard spot next season instead of this freakin SF experiment. I still remember Smart's super intelligence playing Salmons at PF. I think that summarized Smart's sense of humor this season.

IMO, we're better off if we can package one of IT or Jimmer along with either Garcia or Salmons. We're trying so hard this season to showcase our rookies and that has taken a toll in our vets contributions, including our former ROY, who should be one of the prime cornerstone of this team.

Personally, here's my take on the roster next season.

C - Cousins, Whiteside (all keepers)
PF - JT, Hayes (all keepers)
SF - Honeycutt, Greene, Garcia, Salmons, Outlaw (Three of these guys must go if we draft a SF)
SG - Thornton, TWill (all keepers)
PG - Reke, IT(keeper) Freddette (if we don't really see him overtake IT in skill level, I think we better trade him along one or 2 of our SF while his market value is still above higher than a bust)

That gives us a good roster spot for either a SF or PF starter. Whichever we take from the draft, the other spot should be filled via Free agency.

I didn’t really think the defenders did that great of a job, my observation was that Tyreke was being mostly ignored by his teammates and you’re right, when your own team doesn’t pass you the ball that much how do you expect him to move without the ball…
