The Thunder were 1-13 when they fired Carlesimo. They only finished the season 22-46 under Brooks, but they got stronger as the year went on and were clearly on the way up with the same personnel.

I think this team is talented enough to make a statement this season. I really feel for these young guys because they look throughly confused and really ticked off.
