Good grades , im giving RA a D , poor subs the whole game , when Brad wasnt doing anything on both sides , ostertag should of been sent in , and giving House 9 mins for nothing is stupid , didnt send in Barnes or Martin , which could of helped with the rebound and defense , if it wasnt for Mobley and Webber , and some plays by Miller RA could of lost us the game ...

Good grades as usual. I probably would have given Adelman a "D" for refusing to take charge during the Miller fiasco. I think the Kings won the game despite Miller and Adelman. Songaila outplayed Miller any way you slice it. Tag could not have been worse. At least Tag doesn't pout like a baby and make faces. Perhaps Tag would simply get thrown out of the game, thus saving fans the embarassment of seeing a 280-pound baby.

It's real easy to armchair and say RA should have taken charge during the Miller thing. But did you see Miller at the end of the game? Can you guarantee he would have performed the same if he had been yanked and put on the bench?

I, too, thought at the time that I would handle things differently. Well, it's probably a good thing I wasn't there because it appears as though I might have been wrong. RA kept Miller in, he got punished some more by the officials (and didn't lose his temper again BTW). He was still upset but he played through it. Webber talked to him. And, when it counted the most, Miller made some real contributions.

I don't condone Miller's attitude and I'm certain it's going to be addressed by RA, Webber and who knows else. In this case on this afternoon, however, I think RA handled properly. Not the way I would have handled it to be sure, but I'm not a very successful NBA coach either.

Just my three cents.

Good post VF^^ God, another player comes in and instantly has success in RA's system. The working in of Mobley (actually running the first play of his first game for him) could not have been handled any better. RA has had new players all around, and even with multiple injuries, the loss of one of his starters, and adding The Cat, House etc. he's got a 4 game winning streak going. It seems to me to some people will only say Adelman does a good job if their favorite bench player gets PT. Are these people watching whats happening? Bringing in a new starter and getting him to jell imediately with the team and be this happy doesn't just happen! RA is a players coach, he's given the Cat the green light and given him nothing but encouragement and guess what??? It's working! *Sigh* Another seamless transition by Adelman only to be followed by more critical comments by people who have never coached a Pro basketball team... What a Joke!
