I think his heart is strong enough, but his muscles could be getting to the point of being overworked.

You could be right.....

I would hope that he'd be smart enough to take it easy enough that he doesn't get hurt or damage the team's chance to win, though.

I'm not sure Ron is ever really "smart" in that way. He has passion, but does he ever calculate? Plan?
