But so far we've looked like a real mess
I agree with that, it was kinda ugly tonight and Both Bibby and Mobley looked lost for most the game.

I am not sure they will find it on this road trip. They will need a few practices to work out how the flow of the offense will go.

Another semi-educated guess on my part is that they're just looking to limp through this road trip so they can get home and get some practice in before they worry too much about cohesiveness, etc.

This was the start of 4 games in 5 nights, one night's rest and then another road game. New guys, not knowing when or if Peja will play before the road trip is over, and simple road trip exhaustion are all going to kick in before they make it back home. I'll consider it mission accomplished if they get home in one piece. Any wins at this point are not the icing on the cake, they're the cute little flowers on top of the icing.

I think these veteran forwards will hit the hardwoods running. They know how to play, and have plenty of reason to prove everyone wrong. Everyone has concluded, and publicly stated, that they are marginal players. I think they will surprise a lot of people by being ressurected from the hell of playing with Allen Iverson. These guys have a new lease on life. They will get lots of important minutes over the next 60 days. These guys will win some "lost" games.

Good grades as usual Brick. What a weird game huh? Adelman continues to show an amazing ability to juggle lineups and inegrate new players no matter who he has available, definately deserving of an A. Our new fowards... what can I say? I think Kenny showed an ability to score(inside and out), he looked aggressive and fast. Corliss showed us an inside game and toughness as advertised, and Skinner really impressed me with his shot-blocking ability. The offense looked disjointed but thats to be expected, all of these guys look like they really want to be here and I think once we get Peja back and some practice time Adelman and Coachie will be able to get the offense flowing as usual. It's only one game but so far I'm impressed with what I saw, Bring on Washington.
New guys grade = A, They really played like professionals out there.

I'll bet Corliss is thrilled to be out of Philly.
Also is Kenny Thomas. After the game, Grant and Jerry interviewed him and he seem very excited and said that he's happy to be a Sacramento Kings. Said that with Philly, you just watch AI run in circle, etc.

I'm very happy with the win (duh). For some reason, I thought the Kings were even going to win this game. Not surprise at all with Corliss inside post. When he was in the Kings, he was good at it. When the Kings were against him, I was always worried when Corliss got down low...he can make most of them. Was impress with Kenny and Brian Skinner. Saw more aggresive and tough plays again by the players...and I'm starting to love that. :)

GOO KINGS!!!!!!!
