Hey everyone...just a ouick shout out on our plans to meet on Dec. 3rd. I finally went to C-Webb's Center Court. We can make a reservation to eat & watch some college basketball & then head over to meet our new Monarchs coach.
MBF...get ahold of me on a time & I'll call & make the reservation.
The place is really big & has lots of plasma TV's. The food was off the hook, at least my catfish sandwich was! I am sending out the web page so you all can check out the menu & prices.

It's a cool site with all kinds of stuff to look at. So lets make a plan friends...untill then keep it real & Happy Thanksgiving board members!:rolleyes:

Thanks NBH!! :) Glad to hear the food is good ...

Let's make it a 1:30 gathering on the 3rd so we can get in, seated and commence to eatin and Stanford game watching. The Stanford game should tip @ 2 on FSN. That way we can head over to ARCO by about 3:30ish from there.

Can we have a cyber show of hands of who else might join us. PM or post here...

Just a heads up about center court, I ate lunch there today. They are definitely still working out the kinks.

A couple people that were with me ordered milkshakes, they were runny. Basically like flavored milk. They had them take them back and re-make them. They were very apologetic. They came out thinner than the first time. Food was ok, price was ok.

The Decor of the place is nice, I love the menu's, you'll see what I mean. There are a few specialty drinks like the Mike Bibby, and the Vlade.

So, don't expect to have your socks knocked off. They did take the milkshakes off our bill though, so they are trying to take care of the customer.

My point was things aren't perfect right now with the food in general. My friend said the burger was horrible. I doubt it will always be like that, just it's in it's infancy stage.

So, I was just saying to not expect greatness yet.

I went last night. Great place. Food OK. I did have one of those milk shakes and "it does not bring all the boys to the yard". I ate the fish and chips. Not worth the 16.50. But it was good. All the tables have themes, with a jersey hanging and pictures of the player in the table. "The Jerry West Table", The Michael Jordan Table" We sat at the "Jason Williams Table":rolleyes: .

Good time though, Good Job Chris Webber.:D

I believe it is only big name NBA stars and/or friends of his from the NBA, as well as former Kings players we all might know.

Thanks for the offer but I have been assigned child sitting duty. I noticed that this afternoon that DEc 3rd is next Saturday. I tried to tell you in chat 6th but you went poof too quick. :p

I will be there. Originally, I wasn't sure if I was going to make it, but it looks like I'm stuck with the kid on Saturday instead of Sunday. So I will see you all at Center Court!

Eh...Slug....yeah...it's a Sunday. Make the trek and come meet us. It will totally make Mr.4Play jealous, or make you have to explain why you didn't hook up with him when the two of you were in ARCO at the same time. You can take your pick on which of these you chose, I have no investment. ::hoping for fireworks::;)

I'll try to make although I cant make any promises. My GF wants to go to the Ocean and shes not a sports fan.:(
