I get where you're (trying to) come from, but pass for me as well. And pretty much for the very same reasons as @funkykingston outlined above. We just don't have the need for a player like GT right now. We're actually past that point. We need guys who can contribute and help take us to that next level. We don't really need great "locker room guys". Would they be nice to have around? Sure, maybe. But I just don't see the need to take on that extra contract just to have us that "locker room guy".
I have to say that if he was looking for a job as a code should be a no-brainer for me. And has all the previous posters have pointed out he does not feel any need at all we really can't afford to waste of roster spot on a guy because he's a good character dude... But I do really like Temple and wish him the best... And maybe we can find that coaching job
