Fun game. Heartbreak for the Lakers. Clutch shots by Kobe and Duncan. Fishers pulls a Odom. Roger Mason with his second gamewinner of the season. What more can you ask for?

Looks like the Spurs know how to keep finding smart players that play both sides of the floor.

Kobe took over in last 6 minutes, but he screwed up the last play by throwing the ball to Ariza, then Ariza didn't even shoot the ball he just traveled

Kobe should have taken the shot before the double team arrived. I guess he wanted to make a buzzerbeater.

Btw, I think Ariza was fouled and the refs are never going to make that call at the end. If you are not a superstar, you are better off trying a long shot rather than driving to the middle and trying to finish with contact. It's just the way NBA entertainment works.

Yes, he was fouled, and the refs seemed to have made the call on the other end for Mason. I have to say that the ATT Center is almost the worst arena I've ever been to! And the worst thing is.....NO GARLIC FRIES!!
Seriously....Arco's got better food, which isn't saying much, I know. Even the hot dogs at ATT were bad. How can you screw up a freakin' hot dog??

I think, at least out West, the Spurs are the only team the Lakers don't have a mental advantage over...

I dont really mind losing to San Anotonio, sure I hate seeing the Lakers lose in general and this loss definetily hurt, but San Antonio is nothing but class from top down and they have some of the best charactered guys in the league.

I'll be honest... I really didn't care who came out with the most points in this one. I hate both teams; it's merely the level of "hateness" that varies. I know hoopsie and respect her as a fan of the game of basketball, despite her obvious blind spot when it comes to the proper team to root for. For the most part, however, the idea that a Laker fan would be commenting about how bad Spurs fans are just tickles me to no end.
