Game 5 - Tuesday, 6:30 PM - PDT - News10; NBA-TV

If you are outside of the Sacramento broadcast area, and do not get NBA-TV, you are most likely not going to be able to see the game. (Unless you're in San Antonio where it is being covered by Fox Sports apparently.)

That's all we know. I'm going to sticky this thread to the top of the forum. If we get any additional information, we'll let you know.

are there any sports bars out there you can go to??? because it is going to be on nba tv... so if one of the bars has NBA league pass you can watch it there..

no here in france you can't get nba league pass :(
you have 3channels broadcast nba :
nba+ => one game each night (this is great !) but it's phoenix lal tonight
and two others channels that give one game per week :(

You kidding me. Even with Parker playing you guys don't show Spur games? Aren't you the same country that didn't like soccer until you won the world cup in 98, then all of a sudden it became popular. This should hold true with the Spurs winning last year. I heard France is very lacadaisical (ho-hum) with sports, its just the french way ;)

"Even with Parker playing you guys don't show Spur games?"
yeah :(
i don't like parker, but at least i was thinking that he would make the french TV broadcast all the games of the spurs, but he can't even do that lol !
maybe it's because of diaw...
i heard about tvmix dot net that's showing live game in streaming
help !
teach me, i can't miss this game

I just checked out tvmix.net -- crappy interface, but do not think they have it either (but of course they have the Lakers/Suns  ). How's your spanish? (Site's in spanish) You can check it out yourself, but did not look promising though.

There are several people on here who know how to get games AFTER they have been telecast -- maybe one of them can contact you to help. You would have to avoid the news/interent though.

i don't speak spanish at all, i can only understand a few words
i'm gonna check it, it seems that games are announced 6hours before tip-off
it seems that wome of you guys also can't watch the game ! at least you can go to a bar...
let's find a way to see this game !!

Well if you hurry, you might still have time to hop on an airplane and pop across the pond to catch the game. :P

i would even pay for google video
BUT it's unaivalable in france at the moment
no i ain't kidding !

You know what else sucks. I have the NBA League pass and apparantely it's only good for the regular season???

Does anyone else have this problem?? I though if you bought the LP you would get NBA TV year round but I now get the blue screen on NBATV and it says it will cost me $49. Am I missing something???

Same thing here. just the regualr season. and i think it's 49 dollars as a "pay per view" event. I'm wondering if non CA bars will even pay for it? :( [i'm in CO]

And herein lies the problem with one channel having exclusive rights to all weekday games- they can only show one at a time. Stupid TNT...

I CAN watch the game, but I'll probably miss most, if not all of it, because it's my daughter's 4th birthday and we'll be out at dinner.

Same problem here...I email a complaint.

its not on nba league pass, its on nba tv...you dont have to have nba league pass to recieve nba tv...nba tv is just another channel, like espn

^^In some markets, NBA TV is INCLUDED in the NBA LEAGUE PASS. That's what Ryle is referring to...

I live in South Cali, so I think it's basically impossible to see this game without NBA TV. My cousin and I might check out a few sports bars to see if it they'll be showing the game, but with the Lakers/Suns game on, I don't think any place would be showing the Kings/Spurs game.

I know Circuit City might have it on. When I caught the finally minutes of Game 3 at Circuit City, as I was going through the channels, I think I saw NBA TV. So I suggest you guys check it out if you're desperate enough to see the game. I might go to maybe for the final quarter if I don't see it at a sports bar.

GO KINGS !!!

Nbatv

I too was told by Dish Network that my NBATV League Pass ended with the regular season. Arrrrgh. To get the game tonight, I signed up for the multi- sports channel package which includes the NBATV channel. $5.99 per month and $5.00 to cancel the package when the playoffs are over. $11.00 to see the game tonight...cheap. With Dish Network, NBATV is on channels 420 and 560. I now get channel 420, but 560 still says "Pay per view, $49.00 to view this event". I think that's left over from the special they were offering to see the last month or so of the regular season.

And for all of you that don't speak french, i got you covered:

"I feel ya brother. I too have all the channels where they show ball yet i wasnt able to watch game 3 and 4, but at least they are showing game 5. Mainly cause of stupid hockey or Steve Nash VS the Lakers cause he's Canadian. Sadly we can't do anything to change that problem. your country likes soccer more and mine likes hockey more. Gotta live with it."

GO KINGS GO!

I have NBA TV and it is not scheduled on the guide. I hope it still shows. Because beer at my house is cheaper than beer at a bar.

I'm sitting at work right now and nba tv shows the games and the first game is on right now. channel 250 if you have comcast. free preview still on.

I am looking right now at the dish network program guide for 6:30 it is showing the regular evening fare. No game listed. I hope this is not true. If so we are gonna be some unhappy campers here in sacto!!

for you nba tv customers that are saying the kings game isnt listed, is the pacers/nets game on right now ? if so, i would think your in good shape? is that game listed on the guide? im on comcast digital cable, in stockton, ca, i get both nba tv and news 10, but its listed on nba tv also...i most likely wont get it on nba tv though, it will probably be blacked out, and will watch it on news 10

My provider just decided not to participate in the NBA TV free preview.

Not like it wasn't expected. I hate them.
