Hall of Famer
Mutha luvin' Ray Mac!!!!

IT who?!!?

What an exciting end to an otherwise soul crushing game!

I still got us winning less than 30 games though. :p

well talk about a mess... Ray gets no run almost the whole preseason. then the preseason ends with a question...WHY THE HELL DIDNT HE PLAY MORE? lol! i'd rather see him over Ben

you know, its a meaningless game, but good for McCallum (and Reggie for keeping that alive). I actually think it was somewhat important we at least be able to patch over the blech of the rest of the game and not go into the regular season in a hopelessly depressed mindset.

Seriously, why hasn't Ray Mac played more minutes? I mean Sessions has been good but Collison has been utter crap. I think Ray Mac could be a very good player in the near future.

Anyhow, if we learned anything, Stauskus is quite literally the worst defender in the NBA. It's going to be another crapty season. At least Cousins looks BEASTLY.

It's crazy to think if we didn't sign Collison our two PG's combined would be making less than 4 mill a season, I just don't see what DC can do earning way more than Sessions/Ray that they can't.

That game was terrible, other than Cousins in the first quarter, and McCallum in the fourth. What's the world coming to when I can't even feel good about beating the gd lakers?

Collison has been good all preseason, and this was SUPPOSED to be us warming up for the regular season. Haha.

BTW, I think Malone may get his ass fired by midseason insisting on the lifeless JT/Ben combo as the starting PF/SG. We barely have options, but anything is better than having your soul sucked out of your body to the tune of a combined 5pts (2-9FG) 3reb in a combined 44 min of action.

A loss would have been better, we saw 3 1/2 quarters of abysmal play, now it gets overshadowed by a little comeback against a summer league roster. Wednesday could be a bloodbath.

PDA should be fired for that, the gerbil did nothing this offseason(didn't even bother to meet/talk to IT, which is laughable).

funny enough thats exactly what i told my gf after he made that shot. Something as soul crushing as a possible loss to a terrible lakers team can make the basket alot smaller for your team going into the season!

I disagree...I think it gives confidence to some guys that we can win. It encourages them to play the entire game. There's a lot of negatives from this game, and I bet Coach isn't happy about it either, but it's nice to see them not give up. I hope we can adjust a lot of things for our first home game. If we don't, the splash brothers will go off on us and it'll be a humiliating loss.

Think about how fickle the Laker fans are gonna be in Staples this year. That should bring a smile. ;)
