so the thing that we’ve apparently learned since Fox got traded is that most of the people he played with didn’t like him and the feeling was mutual?

I am shocked he didn't take the opportunity to take a shot at the Kings org although I can't really tell from the quote if that means good for all or even good for Kings. Would not surprise me the least if they hated each other though.

Tyrese absolutely loved the guy but that might have also been an orphaned bear cub latching onto a stuffed animal sort of situation.I always assumed Buddy was one of those ironic nicknames, like when a huge guy goes by Tiny
so uhh, yeah.
firing that thought into the ether.
There was a point where before you could say "well he just does what his clients want" but this seems to be like another curtain being pulled back. Not like Adam Silver would have the balls to decertify him though so I guess we'll just operate under new layers of transparency. I didn't like taking a KLUTCH client back in the deal and I like it even less now.Sad thing is, everyone has to bend the knee to Rich Paul, or you don't get his clients.

He's horrible for the game. We disagree and don't need to discuss further.Really? Why would Adam Silver decertify Rich Paul, regardless of whether he has the "balls" to or not? What grounds would he even have?
Man, even if we didn't disagree about whether or not Rich Paul is "horrible for the game," that wouldn't be a good enough reason to decertify an agent, anyway. It's certainly not a reason for Silver to catch a stray. He's horrible for the game. We disagree and don't need to discuss further.
I don't know if it's tampering/collusion or some other something but he is largely responsible for breaking something.Man, even if we didn't disagree about whether or not Rich Paul is "horrible for the game," that wouldn't be a good enough reason to decertify an agent, anyway. It probably started with Kareem or even Big O but it’s certainly more prevalent nowI don't know if it's tampering/collusion or some other something but he is largely responsible for breaking something.
Hey leave your team when your contract is up, that's FA. But that's not what we're seeing now. And it started with his clients.
This seems to imply that it worked fine the way it was.I don't know if it's tampering/collusion or some other something but he is largely responsible for breaking something.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was represented by Klutch five years before Rich Paul was born? Now that's a visionary!Hey leave your team when your contract is up, that's FA. But that's not what we're seeing now. And it started with his clients.

I didn't know Paul George and James Harden were signed with Klutch! I guess Vince Carter signed with Klutch in 2004, back when Rich Paul was still working for CAA.. talk about reading the tea leaves!I don't think Kareem wanting to go to the Lakers before Free Agency even existed is the same as everything that has happened post the Decision and everyone being honest with themselves would say the same. Free Agency was the equalizer.
The “young” Spurs started Biyombo/HB/Vassell/CP3/Fox today. The youngest guy in that lineup isn’t even on his rookie deal anymore.
Shams is reporting Pop might never come back and is definitely not coming back this seasonThat team needs their head coach back in the worst way. There's a decent team there even without Wemby if they would actually play their best 5 players.
