Closer to talent...muct get talent.

Eddie Jones was 34 and averaged 12ppg last year. Damon Jones? Rasula Butler? Please. Miami had only one guy who could do anything against the Pistons last year, and that was Wade. The supproting cast was shaky at best. Now its not. A real Pg, a defensive stopper who could easily duplicate Jones' numbers, and a big time 6th man to give them that all-improtant third gun. More ballhandling. More passing. More scoring. Sign Jones back, or maybe NVE as the backup PG, and the shooting is fine as well. Be a tough team barring injuries. Balanced attack.
We shall see :)

As is I can see teams just sagging off their guys, clogging the lane, and daring Miami to beat them from the perimeter.

They're too good to be taken out by simply packing the lane and daring the shooters to win it. Teams like Detroit, Indiana and New Jersey will not play them like that and those are the teams they need to be better than. To make that possible, they needed to improve teamwide ballhandling and find a way to get something from the bench.

am i the only one who can maybe envision jason williams being a valuable asset to this team. now jwill is on THE contender for the title, so i think he might be able to find the motivation to calm down the 3-jacking. if he does that i think he is a great pickup with his passing ability. especially with two great passing options. jwill will be able to choose between a sick dish to a streaking wade, or a strong pass to shaq on the post. Too many options for such a skilled passer. i say watch out highlight reel for some jwill-shaq or jwill-wade combos.

I read somewhere that Toine is going to be a bench player for the heat. Is that true
You ask some interesting questions. How on earth could anyone know right now whether or not Antoine Walker is going to start or come off the bench for the Miami Heat? And, considering this is a Kings board, why would we really care?

i don't think his skill is in question. its his ability to use it. you don't just change the way you've been playing the game your whole life just because you move to a contender. if he does, great! but as far as i know, jwill is the kind of guy who wants the ball in his hands, wants to shoot the 3 and loves being the guy orchestrating everything. the problem is that shaq and wade are the top 2 options, and jwill isn't going to be making decisions, he's the puppet who's just going to be throwing the passes wherever shaq and wade tell him to. i don't know if he's going to like that. he will get plenty of wide open 3s, but i don't see him as being eddie jones or damon jones for that matter.
