Finals Game 6

amazing. amazing. amazing. amazing. amazing. thats all i can say . omg i am literally jumping up and down right now........

I'm very happy for all the J-Will fans I know are still around. And I think this game 6 of the 2006 NBA Finals is an instant classic.

Its hard to win at that level without a legit force in the post and that is one thing Dallas doesn't have. In the end they were jacking up crappy shots. Great series by the Heat, I am ELATED for JWill!!!

so does zo and posey.

the one person on that squad i'm happy to see have a ring is j-will. and maybe shaq, just so he has one without kobe...

Antoine Walker has a ring.

Let that sink in for a good minute or two.

That's one of the problems I had with Miami winning. It seemed more like a one man show, with the others (Walker, J-Will, and Payton) coat-tailing. Though today the role players stepped up.

I'm quite sure David Stern and Miami couldn't possibly care less if a few sour grape Dallas fans are there booing. I know I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Another reason why I'm not happy about Miami winning is their fans. They have a pretty dead crowd and had a lot of empty seats throughout the season. Being a Kings you expect fans to go crazy during the playoffs.

Never works this way, but this would actually be a good time for a bunch of the Heat vets to ride off into the sunset. Go out on top. Payton, Moounring, and I think Riley has provven his point one more time for anybody who had maybe forgotten.

But like I say, never works that way. They'll probably all want to come back, be even a step slower, and end up losing their last game as a pro rather than winning it. Zo will say he can still play, Riley will come back out of loyalty to his players, Shaq will convince Payton, etc.

Here's the interesting thing -- I said before the season began that the one guy the Heat would probably like above all others to be their third gun would be Peja Stojakovic. Peja is a free agent. What if he actually DIDN'T make a money grab and went to the Heat for the MLE?

Not during the playoffs though -- Miami fans have traditionally sucked, but they were great during the playoffs, and that sea of white was really tremendous.
