No Plays Ran = Fail
Evans jump shot is terrible and he need to not shoot 3's
lol dont blame this on tyrekes 3 pt shooting. he took wide open in rhythm shots. Hes trying to gain confidence there.
Blame it on our ****ty *** bigs that had 8 turnovers and shot a brutal 6/18 combined.
Evans jump shot is terrible and he need to not shoot 3's
no way... until he fixes his broke shot he needs to stop shooting it... his jumper has been clutch maybe several times... his jump shot has been costly to the team countless times....
if Evans gets a shot then he will be an unstoppable player... but right now he needs to not shoot 3's all together... and chill out on the mid range shots...
LOOK AT D-WADE ! ! ! HE KNEW BETTER THAN TO JACK AS MANY 3'S OR LONG RANGE JUMPERS AS EVANS DOES...
How do you expect him to get better? hes not going to gain confidence in his shooting in practice. he needs to knock them down in game time situations when the heats on. He had open threes and shot them and missed it happends.
I could give a **** about d wade. Evans is not d wade so why the hell are you talking about d wade.
If ours big didnt suck so much we wouldnt be in the situations where evans has to try and save us every damn game.
Evans also needs to know when the other team is in the penalty and drive inside. I was totally and completely shocked to see him resort to jump shots when he's shown himself to be so effective going inside. He'd done it earlier and I have no idea why he quit, unless perhaps his ankle was starting to bother him? That's only a guess, though, and not an observation.
Im not going to argue with you because ill trust evans knows his abilities better then you do, and when to use them. our players were being swatted left and right and commiting TOs whenever they drove, so penalty or not, driving was not that wise. Reke obviously felt he could make the shots so let our star take the WIDE OPEN shots and try and gain some confidence. It would be a different story if they were contested shots but they werent. Evans did no wrong.
Oh, excuse me. I thought we were actually discussing the pluses and minuses of the game. Had I known it was merely going to be a display of worshipping at Evans' feet I wouldn't have bothered.
Dude, every Kings player on the court did wrong tonight. I happen to think the entire future of the Kings franchise is in Evans' hands, but I am not going to anoint him perfect quite yet, thank you very much.
Strangest moment of the game is when the Wizards had Boykins guarding Evans in the first half and he didn't post Boykins up.

Overall, I think this team takes way too many three point shots for a team that isn't that good a three point shooting team.
And spare me this Hawes pulling the opposing center out away from the basket. Because he's not coming out away from the basket. They're simply daring Hawes to shoot from out there. They would rather risk that, than risk leaving the lane open for Evans.
Agreed. And they take them early, which makes it more annoying.
I may be a bit behind that opinion of Hawes drawing the defender away. Really, I think it's more a matter of Hawes stepping up and becoming more of a threat so that other teams can't afford to leave him for Evans. I don't know if it will ever happen. Hawes needs to tighten up his movements and become more aggressive. Are we willing to wait a couple more years for that to happen, or do we get that aggressor to occupy the opponents "D" right now?
Coming from the guy who's sig, is "Chill out on the Kids" I would expect you to know its a work in progress and it will get better in time.
