I still want us to accept this.People really wanted us to accept RJ+Achbaji+2nds. What a world
Idc about the return as much as I do tanking properly for 2 years.

Yeah as fun as the Sacramento Bulls and Chicago Kings have been, we do not need another guard.
The Bulls GM is Lithuanian and they’ve been linked to Domas this season.

They seem all in on a tank. But...

Or he could get traded for less. The market has spoken on him, we as fans just don't want to accept it.Nah we're good, Domas can be traded for more than this garbage package in the off-season.

You would have been happy with that AD return for Domas?So... We literally held out, Washington pivoted to AD, Toronto backed out, and now we are left with "we are going to keep Sabonis".
Scott sure showed them!
Meanwhile even the Chicago bulls have began selling off garbage lol. Can't make this up
It's possible but I'm willing to take my chances. This trade does nothing for us. I'm not willing to do favours for teams anymore.
I'm not expecting a monstrous return for Domas, we all know he's flawed. But I'm not giving him away for peanuts either.
The return was oversold too given the OKC pick and the Dubs pick protections, it's like that Charlotte "first" in our Fox deal that we all realized was in fact not a FRP at all.You would have been happy with that AD return for Domas?
Seems like either way Deebo is probably gone after the deadline. I'll be interested to see if Christie can manage to establish an offense that can actually utilize Domas appropriately. And id be perfectly fine Domas ushering in the next gen of Kings and helping them develop as an outlet/playmaking hub. If we are to believe everyone about how little he impacts winning too, he wont even affect the tank!
The rest of the jabronis on this team can go for whatever. You have to care about what Domas gets in return though
Absolutely. bunch of exprings + aj johnson + #30 pick + a small chance at a 2030 warriors pick + 3 2nds.You would have been happy with that AD return for Domas?
But Domas hasn't kept us from developing our young bigs nor has he contributed to winning this year. Sit him and trade/play him next year if necessary.Absolutely. bunch of exprings + aj johnson + #30 pick + a small chance at a 2030 warriors pick + 3 2nds.
Guys... What are we talking about here. Sabonis doesn't have a market. I hate to say it. We need him off the team. I want to make sure this team properly tanks for 2 years and adds 2 top 5 picks and develops maxime/cardwell. I don't want these guys sitting behind lavine/demar/sabonis for another year while we fail to properly develop.
Yeah. I would of held out for a FRP instead of two 2nds but I don't see a scenario where we are getting multiple FRPs without taking bad salary back. Not sure what people are expecting. Domas isn't highly sought after by many teams, especially with his contract.Or he could get traded for less. The market has spoken on him, we as fans just don't want to accept it.
Is Domas content with sitting the rest of the year? If he has that somewhat changes my calculations. The fact hes rushed back from injury tells me otherwise. But Domas hasn't kept us from developing our young bigs nor has he contributed to winning this year. The arguments with Zach and DDR are more complex given they are in the way of guys we can play but they are 100% also costing us games.
I think Domas is worth their FRP, Poetl is worth at least a second FRP. I'm disappointed in Raptors for not ponying up the first, and Kings for not taking on Poetl to get another pick. But Toronto is first to blame if they aren't even offering fair value.Yeah. It doesn’t sound like any of that is happening. The smart thing to do is sit Lavine and Derozan for the rest of the year.Less than 24 hours to go...tick, tick, tick. Is it time to start worrying yet? Younger, longer, and more athletic. Isn't that what Perry promised?

(De’Andre Hunter is in fact longer and more athletic and younger than Schroder but I get you point)Less than 24 hours to go...tick, tick, tick. Is it time to start worrying yet? Younger, longer, and more athletic. Isn't that what Perry promised?

I personally would offer to buy Demar out asap. If we can't trade Demar now, we won't be able to trade him in the summer. Can I convince him to take his full salary this year and give up 5 million from next years 10 million? It doesn’t sound like any of that is happening. The smart thing to do is sit Lavine and Derozan for the rest of the year.
