Do you think there's a problem with team chemistry?

Do you think the Kings have a team chemistry problem?

At the beginning of the year and perhaps earlier, I think a lot of us were worrying a bit about what would happen with the over abundance of under skilled and/or aging bigs. And here we are: the start of grumblings.

It may be time for a trade that does nothing for the Kings but eliminate a non producing but egotistic big. Let us get in return a non producing little guy - a guy used to bench time. Get rid of the guy most likely to cause a problem and I think only the coaching staff truly knows who that is. Also, leave a little room so a couple young studs have a chance at a spare minute or two. This is the kind of trade that is made all the time and shouldn't be difficult.

Mikki is emotional and plays on emotion which makes him not all bad. It also probably means any discontent he could have (is he delusional???? ) will blow over. SAR is another matter. I suspect he is very angry.

And, fnordius, I hate the sensation of soda as it exits through the nose and leaves a burning sensation. Yinka Dare???

Yinka is best remembered as a player whose confidence was much greater than his numbers. To quote the Wikipedia article on him,
Almost tragicomic was the fact that in spite of his ineptitude, he straight-facedly compared his game to NBA legends like Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Ewing and Shaquille O'Neal at his post-draft press conference, stating that "For instance, Shaq is explosive around the basket, and I am, too", and that "If I play my best, I'll be better than some of the best big men who ever played. I'm going to be an All-Star. In a couple of years I can be an All-Star and play with the best centers in the NBA. The teams that didn't draft me made a mistake." Then he labeled himself "a great defensive center. A great offensive center. An ideal center."

And yet, "Stinka" was not all that terrible. Yes, he did set a record for the lowest assists per minute in league history, failing to get one until his third year in the NBA. Yet, if we look at his stats versus Mikki's stats as a King, Mikki doesn't come out looking so good.

Yinka, per 48, career:
11.2 pts, 13.4 reb, 0.0 asst, 3.4 blk, 39% FG, 56% FT

Mikki, as a King:
8.7 pts, 7.0 reb, 1.7 asst, 0.7 blk, 38% FG, 91% FT

Mikki's better at the charity stripe, and gets an assist every half hour or so, but other than that, he will have to work hard to catch up with Yinka Dare.

Moore and SAR's agent need to just shut up. "Better to keep your mouth shut and have people think you're a fool, than to open your mouth and prove it."

Purple Reign - How on earth can you conclude there's a chemistry problem? An absolute yes???? It appears as though you're redefining "chemistry problem" ... and I still am not agreeing with you that there is one, especially in regards to your original post in the other thread.

And dude, I don't know what game you're watching but I HAVE seen the guys on the bench cheering for and supporting the guys on the court. And I HAVE seen them get up and greet the players as they come off the court. I think you're really trying way too hard to find something to support your hypothesis...and I think you're wrong.
