Die Benitez...die!!

You beat me to it.

I was gonna make "The OFFICIAL release Blown-itez Thread"

Darn you!

Is Benitez flaming on the mound in crucial situations really all that unexpected? I imagine Cowboys fans will be just as shocked when TO inevitable self destructs.

I am equally upset with Armando, but in his defense, they have all been one run save opportunities that he has blown. I would like to see some insurance for him at least once. Leading me to my point. We are not swinging the bats well right now. Pitching has not been our problem.

A closer isn't supposed to need 2 runs to slam the door.

He's blown 6 out of 19 chances...Thats not good.

Then on top of that, he just blames everyone else for his problems.

Durham booted the ball.
Vizquel was playing out of position.
Jon Miller ragged on him.

The list goes on, and it's just ridiculous.

Freaking Giants. They go and get me excited with their longest winning streak of the season then go screw it all to hell. ARG!

Comments don't do Mando justice.

I will now voice my displeasure by not saying anything that will get me potentially banned.

This is pathetic.

Armando Benitez on the game-tying homerun, and quote, "The ball was in a good location, and he hit it out...He did a good job." He goes on to say, "It's not about confidense, it's about trusting your pitches. Sometimes you throw good pitches and guys hit it."

Since when has a cripple fastball/splitter at 87 at the belt been good location?

Benitez needs to be taken out to pasture.
