Man!!!!! This girl stays under the knife. I do not know what the long term ramifications are. But it sounds like she was playing overseas, only to discover another injury.

Good God. Another knee surgery for DeMya.

I hope she'll recover, but this is Exhibit A as to why we need to actively pursue Snow and Thompson (or trade for Lyttle). This is a VITAL offseason for pursuing post players because the league might expand in 2010 (and I'd much rather have Snow and/or Thompson than Brooke Smith--no offense to Brooke, of course)!
