You obviously have no clue about the game of basketball. You will also go on my IGNORE list! Good riddance!

Please ban this troll!
Dont feed the troll. Webber was a career 20-10 player. His numbers alone speak for themselves.
He might be but he hasn't shown that on the court. C-webb was a much better player than Cousins at this stage of their careers.
Go back and look at their stats again. Webber was way more efficient that Cousins. It isn't how many points you score it is how many shots it take you score those points.Sorry to jump in so late, but your wrong. Go back and look at Webb's first three years and compare them to Cousins. Very similiar in fact, stat wise. Webb had a little better assist totals per game. Don't forget, that when Webb came to the Kings, it was his 6th year in the league, and he was 25 years old. This is Cousins 3rd year in the league. Of course Webb was a far more athletic player, so there are differences between the two. Plus Webb was a PF and hated playing center, while Cousins is more of a center at 270 pounds that can play some PF. So its apples and oranges to some degree.

Look, I'm getting into an argument over who is better or has the most potential. Webber is Webber and Cousins is Cousins. Two different players, and it wasn't I that compared the two. No one denies that Cousins biggest problem is his field goal percentage. No doubt he needs to get better in that area. Also remember, that when Webb came out of college, almost all of his game was in the post, and he didn't have the jumpshot like he did later. Cousins plays away from the basket more than Webb did early in his career. The minute you become a jumpshooter, your going to shoot a lower percentage than if you play mostly in the post. However, I'm not making an excuse for Cousins poor percentage. It needs to improve.
This isn't a black and white issue with me. Cousins has a lot of potential. Whether he ever max's that potential is anyone's guess. But if he does, I'd rather it be with us than someone else. You can disagree, and thats fine. Its what makes the world go round.

This is why I love you Baja!
I agree. Being able to disagree on a subject is and still be respectful is a valuable asset in life.
These last three games, we have been seeing a more composed approach to the game by Cousins. However, he needs to be a consistent threat and I hope he understands he doesn't only need to score to make an impact, now...we do need his scoring, don't get me wrong but its all about composure.
In his most recent interview Cousins discussed sharing the ball as a way to win games more than his own production. He said he's willing to sacrifice his own shooting (for more assists) if it helps to win games, Which it has. If he shows leadership with 15-20/10/6 every night they should win more games especially as he is also fouling less. BUT..... I want him to use the jump hook more when down low. Then I'll be really happy (happy now cautiously).
So are we to understand that Cousins will continue to sacrifice his shooting for more assists indefinitely? Or, are we to understand that if the Kings lose five in a row that he will stop the focus on assists because it's not helping to win games?
He has been shooting more the last 4 games (16 a game) that his season average (14.9 per game).

There is no doubt that he is making an effort to pass more. He is doing a better job of passing to people in positions to score. I don't know how you can say that he is sacrificing his shots. He isn't. He is shooting the same amount of shots per minute and taking more shots overall. With how inefficient his offensive game is he should look to pass more if the King's are to win games. He has also been getting more assists the last four games (5.8 per game) than his season average (2.6 per game). If you assume his passes are being converted to assists at a 65% rate (probably generous) that means he's passing the ball 5 times per game more than he was before just to account for the assists. 5 more passes that he makes is 5 more shots he didn't take, so yes, that would count as sacrificing his shooting for assists.
Edit: kudos to William Blake for looking up the per-minute numbers, which is another factor being left out of Liam's equation.
