The arena is practically going to be free if this works(no tax dollars) and they are looking at this whole parking thing as a way to squeeze money out of the arena building process and into the city's stupid general fund. They don't care about jobs, businesses, etc. They have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to business.

Voting tonight on going ahead with leasing Sac city owned parking garages, which can bring in an upfront payment of 170-216M, going towards the arena, the cities portion.
