My family has horses, corral, roping corals, young grand children that compete in barrel racing, roping not 25 miles from Golden 1 Arena. Round 'em up and trail 'em out to sunny central California.

Just quick search of nice sprawling homes our area for equestrian fans, mostly around Wilton area up into Placer, El Dorado Hills. Plenty of gorgeous horse properties to look at Mr and Mrs Joerger - hope you'll strongly consider our fun in the sun. Oh, and we don't have horrible humidity of Houston - no near that oppressive heat!

There are some beautiful properties out toward Rancho Seco, Wilton, and even in Old Fair Oaks.
Kicking myself for not buying out in Wilton when land was cheap.
