I think that Fegan potentially "voiced 'his' concerns" because "Coach" Karl has "clashed" with "star" players in the past. Examples "being" Ray Allen and Carmelo Anthony, "among others."

I think you misunderstood. He's not saying he doesn't want George Karl. He was responding to the now-removed individual who said if he had to choose between the two, he (the now-banned individual) would choose George Karl over Demarcus Cousins.

There IS a legitimate concern about George Karl. He does have a history of airing dirty laundry in public. And he is very prone of using social media to further his agenda. He would be a high risk, high reward type of hire.
I don't think that's the case. Westphal got fired because he had an extremely public falling-out with Cousins. Westphal effectively forced the Petrie FO to choose between the two. Now, it's fair to say that Westphal was to blame for the situation, but it also seems likely that without Cuz on the team, Westphal served out the season.
Whether deserved or not, Cuz got the reputation of a coach killer, to the extent that he has such a rep, on the basis of Westphal.
Cousins' history has no bearing on my opinion on the current subject, but denying that it is there seems to be arguing from a false premise.
As far as the current subject goes, I think it is far too weakly sourced to worry about. Citing vague "perceptions around the league" is pretty much admitting (in my eyes) that you're working with nothingore than cow patties. Just remember all these vaguely sourced things we've agonized about that didn't happen after all...Brady Heslip and the nonexistent ten day contract; Josh Smith and the Pistons lighting $40M on fire because they obviously couldn't trade him to us; Deron Williams and the oh-no-we-were-actually-after-Plumlee false rumors. To me, this has zero credence as even being a rumor at this point.

Actually, Voisin did the very thing a journalist is supposed to do. She didn't present it as fact, because she doesn't have a direct source. She referred to it in the context of her story because it was and is being speculated throughout various circles.
And please - don't make me defend AV again.

Wouldn't be nice to hear some real information from Ranadive on where the coaching stands right now. But of course he can't be frank and honest because he has a current team and a current coach and a current GM and a personal basketball advisor. Hopefully something happens to help clarify why Ranadive is letting this happen and what the team direction is supposed to be right now. I don't think I have seen it worse in the last 30 years.

I wanted this information several weeks ago. We're not going to get it. The nasty side of me thinks that the ownership thinks we are so rabidly pro-King that we will allow ourselves be abused and STILL follow the team.
This is my personal opinion but something smells of being devious.
