baron and warren for beno and cisco

kings go all in on the iso front and improve shooting

clips break up barons contract

Baron doesn't improve shooting. Actually breaks the offense--exacerbates the issues we already have.

As for Warren, I like the guy and thought he was a first rounder, but he's a rookie, was a late 2nd rounder overall and he won't help our cause as a combo guard looking to get his own shot off.

Ahh, there is good Baron and bad Baron....you never know what you're gonna get...but Good Baron would make this team a playoff contender for sure....but that's the risk, however, with Cisco and Beno exiting, the cap space/financial risk is removed thus making the deal worth that risk. If it's BAD baron...well then, you really haven't lost anything. We also shed the final year of Cisco's deal a year sooner making it financially beneficial to us long-term.

We trade for Baron, and I'm done. One player that I would refuse to watch on my team. Just let me know when he's gone..

Agreed. Terrible contract, terrible shooter, turnover prone, highly overrated and injury prone (although he was relatively healthy the past 3 seasons). That playoff series win against the Mavs made him a very rich man.
